Job description:

Critical Technical Planning resource that will lead the Migration effort for the Service Assurance System and program manage the project. We are looking for a contractor with Mercury Quality Center experience in building automatic test cases. QTP, Quick Test Professional is the name of the production they will use and should have experience in. They must have some programming experience in VB script. A background in BMC Remedy helpful but not required.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
-Tier 1 business and systems requirements
- Identify the system impacts and interface requirements for the Ticketing, Rules, Performance & Fault monitoring systems.
- Work with systems teams to solution the end to end systems solution

1. Knowledge of service assurance systems like AOTS, RUBY, GFP, PMOSS
2. Knowledge of telecom technology like VOIP, VPN, ATM and Frame Relay
