Around 6 Years experience on Amdocs CRM.
Experienced on Amdocs CRM 7.5 smart client customization.
Experienced in the Amdocs CRM data modeling concepts. (Having used the tools: ddcomp, DD Editor; usage of schema editor, schema manager an added bonus.)
Knows the functional concepts in Clear Support/Support, Call Centre/Customer Interaction Manager. (Have worked on web client; work on smart client an added bonus.)
Experienced in customizing and developing add on features to the Amdocs CRM application.
Hands on experience to have worked on database technologies (SQL Server and Oracle). Familiar with writing stored procedures, functions and packages in the back end.
Strong at problem solving, innovation and analytical skills.
Ability to prepare both technical and functional documents.
Having exceptional knowledge at Amdocs CRM smart client customization concepts, viz: CBO, Worker Beans, Load Bean, Save Bean, XBean and XVo.
Is proficient at deploying the Amdocs application on WebLogic/WebSphere application server.
Familiar and hands on with various stages of the project (Requirement gathering, requirement soliciting, functional analysis, technical analysis, designing, developing and testing). |
